Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for the item to be picked up and returned to us.

After our team reviews and confirms the issue, we will proceed with arranging a return pickup from your address.
4. Refund Policy
As we operate Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be processed as follows:
